Aurora travels from the Middle East. Caspar a Japanese street kid, now a succesful painter, makes a good marriage with Rama, the daughter of a wealthy Muslim gold merchant. Jed, an intriguing women from Caspar's past comes to stir the pot with explosive consequences. Song, dialogue, dance and chant intertwine in this satirical/tragic expose of the over privileged and underclass. A play about yearning, the fragility of children, misremembered memories and the power of love and betrayal.
