When you were sixteen, how far would you have gone in the name of intimacy? Manny is an emotionally detached Jordan Peterson fan with a penchant for porn. Sophia is a horny outsider trying to figure out what it is that makes boys tick - and why on earth none of them seem to fancy her. She’s low in the pecking order at school, and he’s even lower. But then, out of the blue, they match online. And that’s when Sophia and Manny begin to realise they have more in common than they’d like to admit. Nightfall looks at two young outcasts veering dangerously close to violence, and asks what lengths they are willing to go to in order to kill their loneliness.
