All roads in musical theatre history lead to Rodgers & Hammerstein - a statement never so true as when referencing this wonderful foursome. Thanks to a geographical accident (Stephen Sondheim lived adjacent to Oscar Hammerstein), Mary Rodgers, Stephen Sondheim, Adam Guettel, and Jason Robert Brown have, over time, become a truly unstoppable force. They have inspired and mentored each other and broken down barriers, creating masterpieces of contemporary music theatre compositions. Another Life is a musical love story, told as a song cycle, through the stunning compositions of these iconic Broadway composers.
