The Habit of Art

In The Habit of Art, Alan Bennett gives us a play about a meeting between the poet WH Auden and the composer Benjamin Britten. Exploring friendship, rivalry and heartache this multi-layered masterpiece examines the joy, pain and emotional cost of creativity. In this witty play-within-a-play, Matthew Kelly is Fitz (the actor playing Auden) and David Yelland is the actor Henry (himself playing composer Benjamin Britten). This production is available as part of The Original Theatre Company's 'pay what you can' scheme, with a suggested minimum donation of £2.50.
