Gene Kelly was perhaps the greatest "triple threat" artist in Hollywood history. Kelly's screen presence was at its best in a succession of MGM musicals which paired him off with some of the studio's brightest leading ladies including Judy Garland, Cyd Charisse, Debbie Reynolds, Lesley Caron and Mitzi Gaynor.
